The oil that comes from these delicious tree nuts is commonly used as a natural ingredient in skin and hair care, but few people realize that it may also be good for your health.
Cikitsa cold pressed sweet almond oil is a pure, natural and cold pressed oil treatment that hydrates and smoothens from head to toe.

Directions for use:

For hair :

You can apply almond oil directly to your hair, rubbing a small amount in between your palms before applying it. If you're looking to increase shine and softness, pay special attention to the ends of your hair. Massage the oil into the end of the hair shaft and leave the oil on your hair after styling it.

For face:

You can also use almond oil as a moisturizing oil. To do so, wash and dry your skin as usual. Then, gently pat a small amount of almond oil onto your face with your fingertips, and let it absorb into your skin. If you're using it as a moisturizer, you don't need to rinse it off.

For babies:

For a head massage, apply a few drops of oil on the scalp and rotate your palms gently on your baby's head. You don't need to apply pressure while massaging the head. Instead, just pat the head.
Pour a quarter-sized puddle of almond oil into your palm. Rub your hands gently together to warm it, then massage your baby's skin. Start with arms, working gently from shoulders down, then move to legs, chest and belly, then back.

For eyes:

First wash your hands with soap and water. Then wash your face with your daily cleanser and gently massage a small amount of almond oil into the area under your eyes. The massage helps increase blood circulation. For best results, do this in the evening and let the oil sit overnight and wash it away in the morning.
