Ingredients:

Cauliflower, All purpose flour, Corn flour, Red chilli powder, Salt to taste, Oil, Chopped onion, Garlic cloves, Soy sauce, Red chilli sauce, Tomato ketchup, Black pepper powder, Cikitsa natural Honey, Spring onion, Water, Salt

The cauliflower should be divided into small florets, placed in a basin, and covered with hot water. For 10 minutes, keep covered and set aside. All-purpose flour, cornmeal, red chilli powder, and salt should be combined in a bowl. Then, combine thoroughly by gradually adding water to create a smooth, lump-free batter. Now completely drain the water from the florets and set them aside. Don't overcrowd the pan while adding the florets to the oil; instead, gently lower them into the hot oil after dipping them in the batter. The florets should next be deep fried over medium heat until they are crispy and have a golden brown colour.

Put them on a platter that has been lined with a kitchen towel after that, and set it away.

Now, heat a pan with oil and so once the oil is hot, add chopped onion, chopped garlic and saute for a few minutes. Then, combine well after adding the soy sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, and salt to taste. Now stir in the honey thoroughly.

Mix well after adding water to the mixture. Create a slurry by combining cornstarch and water without any lumps, then gradually stir it into the gravy. Add the fried cauliflower at this point and thoroughly cover with gravy. After thoroughly combining the spring onion, turn off  the flame. Enjoy!!
